Shoppers at Roman have been snapping up a stylish jumper dress that’s being hailed as ‘flattering for apple figures’. The ‘understated’ Black Longline Knitted Jumper Dress, available in black, blue, purple and burgundy, has earned a solid five-star rating on the Roman website.
Composed of 52% viscose, 30% polyester and 18% polyamide, the machine-washable jumper dress features a flattering v-neckline and drop shoulder blouson sleeves, crafted from a soft knit for added comfort.
The full product description on the Roman website reads: “Dive into the cooler months with this cosy, knitted, jumper dress. An everyday staple you can wear alone or with tights, this has a relaxed fit ensuring that comfort is key. With a 4.8-star average rating, shoppers are singing the praises of this jumper dress. One shopper review stated: “I’ve only tried this on so the test will be if it keeps its shape throughout the day and washes well. Initial thought is that it fits well and is flattering for an apple-shaped figure. Looks good with thick tights and ankle boots.”

A second shopper enthused: “Absolutely delighted with the dress. Fabric is lovely: a very fine knit, not too thick, not too thin, however it does take quite a while to line dry! This replaces an old jumper dress I had. Clearly a wardrobe staple for me. The only downside is that the measurements given were a bit over generous. I could have gone down a size or two. Had to keep as it was bought last minute for an event.”
