Black Friday is still one week away but that hasn’t stopped retailers from rolling out their Black Friday deals already and Sony is getting in on the action.
You can bag a brand new PS5 console with a hefty discount over on the PlayStation website right now, without having to wait until actual Black Friday.
Sony is getting in on the early Black Friday deals by slashing price on its PS5 consoles a week before the big day rolls around, including discounts on the standalone PS5 Slim console as well as bundles; but the PS5 Pro price is still holding strong – unsurprisingly, since it only launched this September.
There’s not a ton of early PS5 Black Friday deals, but the ones that are listed are enough to get you set up with Sony’s latest PlayStation console. None of the bundles include games but they do throw in a second DualSense controller, which is always handy given the battery life on those things. That being said, Sony’s Black Friday PlayStation deals also applies to accessories, including a selection of DualSense colours, so if you’d rather not have two of the original white colourways, it’s best to opt for the PS5 Black Friday deal with just the one controller and you can treat yourself to a second, snazzier one alongside it.
Sony has cut the price of the PS5 Slim (disc and digital editions) over on the PlayStation Direct website as its early PS5 Black Friday deals go live
Sony’s early PS5 Black Friday deals sees £65 / $75 slashed off the price of both the PS5 Slim disc and digital editions, with the exact same discount applying to the PS5 Black Friday bundles that include two DualSense controllers. The double DualSense bundle deal seems to be region-dependant, given it’s not showing on the US website. And bear in mind that the Australian site doesn’t actually sell the console, redirecting to third party retailers instead.
