The basic jumper was priased online for looking stylish on a budget
A shopper has shared her “lovely” jumper find during a recent wardrobe refresh that could pass for a more expensive brand without knowing where it was really from. She claimed that people “can’t go wrong” with this basic but beautiful Primark piece.
TikTok creator @Mollyparisstyle said: “I picked up this jumper in Primark today, and for £17, I think it is such a lovely colour. “It’s got this boxy style fit, and I went for a medium because I kind of want it to be a little oversized, but look at the detailing. This could honestly be a Zara jumper, a more expensive H&M jumper – it’s really soft as well. For £17, you can’t go wrong.”
Molly’s jumper appears to be the Mocha version, with a second option showing as available online. Some might prefer the Light Yellow style, especially as spring approaches.
The jumper is available online, with sizes ranging from XXS to XXL. There is click and collect available, as well as a tool to track what stores have in-person stock, should shoppers want to have a look at this bargain before buying.
Primark bosses wrote online: “This knitted crew neck sweatshirt is all about easy comfort with a polished finish. Made in a mocha shade, it’s crafted from a soft-touch brushed knit that feels premium from the first wear.
“The relaxed, boxy shape is designed with dropped shoulders for a modern silhouette. A ribbed crew neckline keeps things classic, while deep ribbed cuffs and a wide matching hem help hold the shape. Cut to a standard waist length, it works worn loose or tucked in.”
Anyone who likes the jumper may also be interested in knowing about the matching set of joggers, available in both colours for £17 as well as a grey version. These offer a wide leg style for an ” easy, breezy fit”.
In other news, Primark has proven a hit with shoppers looking to add cosy layers for the unpredictable weather this January. Fans have gone as far as to declare that they have ‘hit the jackpot’ with a ‘stunning’ £20 cardigan in ‘perfect colour’.
The retailer has hit the headlines for more than just its fashion, with shoppers impressed by a new range of beauty items. Just before the new year, Primark launched its own version of Korean-inspired beauty products with the pledge of helping shoppers achieve the “glass skin” look on a budget. Items are available from as little as £2.50 – read more here.
