Leinah, 17, was last seen at around 7.30am on Tuesday with cops exhausting several lines of enquiry before now turning to the public for help finding her

People are being asked to dial 999 if they see a teen girl who has been missing for five days.

17-year-old Leinah went missing from Gloucester on Tuesday 21 July, police have said.

She was last seen at around 7.30am and left an address in the Hempstead area on foot shortly afterwards before vanishing with concerns growing for her welfare.

Gloucestershire Police said it has already completed a number of enquiries in the search for the missing teen before now asking for the public’s help.

Today the force has appealed for information and released two images citing concerns for Leinah.

She is described as being around 5ft 2ins tall, of a slim build and with long brown hair which she may be wearing in a ponytail or claw clip.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black hoodie, white trainers and carrying a small, cream handbag.

Anyone who has seen Leinah or knows of her whereabouts is being asked to contact police on 101 quoting reference 53260062654.

Alternatively, if you u can see her at the time of calling, Gloucestershire Police have said to dial 999 instead and ask for police.
