Cleaning fans have discovered a ‘magic’ product which helps get rid of creases and wrinkles in clothes in mere seconds – and you can even make it yourself at home
It can be incredibly frustrating when you’re in a rush, grab the clothes you want to wear, only to realise they are a wrinkly mess.
Wrinkles in clothes are inevitable, and although they can usually be fixed, it can take a lot of time and effort to iron or steam them, making sure they look good as new again. But now cleaning fans have discovered a ‘magic’ product which releases wrinkles from clothes without having to reach for any appliances.
Cleaning influencer Kayleigh Taylor took to Instagram to share one of her favourite products with her 519k Instagram followers. In a post on her @cleanwith_kayleigh account, the mum said: “Mini bottle with mighty powers. RUN, don’t walk to @therangeuk for the MINI TRAVEL Lenor Crease Releaser.”
With the accompanying video, Kayleigh could be seen using Lenor Crease Releaser on a t-shirt which was full of creases and wrinkles. After spraying it on the fabric, she used her hand to flatten and straighten the piece of clothing.
The before and after images showed a dramatic difference. After using the product all the creases had completely disappeared in seconds. Many of Kayleigh’s followers were impressed by the product, with one person calling it a “mini bottle of magic”. Another said: “It really works i love this method.” “Yay so exciting. That looks so good Kayleigh,” added a third.
Lenor Crease Releaser can be picked up from your local supermarket for around £3 for a full-sized bottle (500ml), or you can pick up a two-pack on Amazon for £9.19, at the time of writing. Meanwhile, The Range has a mini version, which is perfect to take away on holiday, for just £.1.49. They also have the 500ml product for just £2.49.
The description of the product reads: “Aiding in removing creases from your clothing and infusing them with a beautiful scent, Lenor’s Crease Release will become your go to spray when ironing. This lovely smelling formula can be sprayed over clothes as you’re ironing them to help soften creases.”
Others shared that you could easily make the spray at home for even cheaper. “I’ll tell you the secret. In a spray bottle, add one third of softener and 2 thirds of water. Shake it before use. That’s it,” said one person.
Another agreed, claiming: “Look in the ingredients. That’s water with laundry softener and a little perfume.”
