Happy Nintendo Switch 2 launch day! The big day is here, and the newest device is set to touchdown for gaming fans today, Thursday, June 5. While pre-orders went live over a month ago, retailers will release the console this morning on a first-come-first-serve basis for UK shoppers, and we have all the details.
In terms of retailers, we’re anticipating Argos to go live with Switch 2 consoles at 6 am, while EE is dropping Switch 2 bundles for people who want to spread the cost out and don’t want to spend £400 straight out of their wallet. Below is a quick preview of other retailers offering the console:
The good news is that we will be highlighting all the retailers, deals and ways shoppers can get the Nintendo Switch 2 throughout the morning and the afternoon – including ways gamers can get games for cheaper.
Meanwhile, gamers who aren’t interested in the Switch 2 and want a PS5 deal might be in luck. Sony has also kicked off its Days of Play sale including the PS5 Pro here for £639.99 on Amazon. The DualSense Edge Wireless controller can be picked up for £174.99 directly from PlayStation as well.
