Next shoppers praise ‘warm, stylish and perfect for winter’ puffer coat

This weekend will see plummeting temperatures, as well as ice and snow in some regions across the UK. Shoppers in need of a new winter coat to shield themselves from the cold winter weather can find a highly rated one at Next.

Next’s Shower-Resistant Hooded Longline Coat (£75) is one of its most reviewed outerwear pieces, and is designed with all the elements a winter coat needs. It’s waterproof, long enough to keep shoppers dry during heavy rainfall, and has a hood.

However, Next’s Shower-Resistant Hooded Longline Coat is popular with shoppers and has more than 145 reviews. One person simply said: “Really warm, stylish and perfect for winter.”

Another pleased user remarked: “I bought this for the cold weather, and I’m so glad I did. It is very warm, great with everything, but I wear it mostly with jeans or smart trousers.”

A third buyer described it as ‘warm and cosy’, adding: “Washes very well in the machine and you can even tumble dry it. Definitely a bonus for me as I bought the cream one. Would highly recommend.”

Not all shoppers were pleased, with one saying the fit was not right for them. They said: “I bought this coat for cold-weather walking, but it was too long and bulky.”

However, another person said they were ‘very happy with this coat.’ They continued: “I bought petite, and the fit is perfect.’ Lovely warm coat, good quality and fit. Good value for money.”

A penultimate customer commented: “I’ve been looking at puffer coats for a couple of years and couldn’t find one I liked, but now I have! I’m really happy with it. It’s cosy and not too heavy or cumbersome. The hood is good for added warmth, and when it rains. I chose the cream colour as I didn’t want black.
