GCSE exams are happening right now, and if you’re sitting them, or know someone who is, you’ll understand that it’s a stressful time – but one TikToker who smashed her exams has shared the secret to her success

As GCSE’s loom for teens across the country, many will be stressing about how they can use their time wisely to revise and remember the most information for their exam.

TikToker Bibi, who smashed her exams with top grades, has shared her best hack to do well, saying that she credits this life hack with helping her get “all 8s and 9s” in her GCSEs. She also reckons that you’ve not heard of this handy trick before.

“So you probably know by now that doing practice questions is literally like the best thing for all the subjects”, she began her video by saying.

Bibi then explained that because there are only around seven years of past papers for humanities subjects like English, Religious Education (RE), and History, if you look up past papers, the likelihood the exact questions will come up again is small – so you need to take your revision to the next level, and she has the best tip.

She said that the hack “saved” her, using History as an example when she was showing people what to do. She told people to type into a search engine the exam they were sitting, followed by “every possible question”.

Bibi shared that there will be several websites that detail “every single question that could possibly come up” to do with the topic that you’ve looked up. She then looked up RE to see the four mark questions and five mark ones, and even twelve markers that could come up on the exam.

“I did this for history and one of the questions that wasn’t in a past paper but was on one of these websites came up in the exam”, she boasted, continuing: “And because I’d already planned it in my revision, I didn’t have to plan it in my exam, I could just write it.”

She also said you don’t have to write all the answers out, you just have to plan them, or even just know whether you’d be able to answer the question if it came up in your exam.

Some said that there “isn’t enough time” to prep for all the exams, but Bibi said that there “definitely is”. Others said: “This is such a good idea”, with others referring to Bibi as an “angel” saying that they’ll be “saved” by her.
