With spring on the horizon, Marks and Spencer shoppers have been raving about a staple £23 blouse that they say is ‘perfect for summer 2026.’ The Pure Cotton Cutwork Detail Blouse is made from a breathable material and features long lightweight sleeves, making it ideal for those who prefer a little more coverage in the arm area.
Such is the blouse’s popularity, it’s already sold out in UK sizes six and 24 but can be shopped in sizes eight to 22. The classic style means it won’t date and can be teamed easily with jeans, skirts or wide-leg trousers.
Boasting a flattering V-neckline and pretty cut-out detailing, it’s little wonder the timeless top has gained popularity with M&S shoppers. One said: “Good quality and very comfortable. A very nice addition for summer 2026.”

Back at Marks and Spencer and it is worth noting that one fashion lover expressed a minor concern over the Pure Cotton Cutwork Detail Blouse’s sizing, commenting: “Bought because I liked the look of it. I bought a 14 as I normally do and it seems a little tight across the bust, but the area between bust and top of shoulder is quite loose so I’m not sure if the shape is quite right but it’s a nice fabric. It’ll do.”
Despite this, others had high praise for the blouse, with another saying: “Nice crisp cotton shirt in a feminine style. I love the plainness of it, with only the outer sleeve having a decoration. It looks more expensive than its actual price.”
