Molly-Mae Hague has been sharing the love for a particular Jo Malone fragrance that she says she’s ‘absolutely obsessed’ with – and the good news is you can still shop your own
It’s no secret that the Love Island star is a fan of the cult-favourite fragrance brand Jo Malone London, always sharing her favourite scents from candles to perfumes, and last week was no different as she took to social media to recommend her favourite fragrance to fans.
A scent she’s raved about before, Molly-Mae reaffirmed she’s “absolutely obsessed” with the Scarlet Poppy Cologne Intense from Jo Malone, which is still available to shop in either 50ml or 100ml measurements.

Described as blending the wild steppes of southwest Asia, covered in the extravagant blooms of the great scarlet poppy, this fragrance combines their opulence, enhanced with velvety iris and the sweet decadence of tonka bean to create a ravishing and moreish aroma.

This is my go-to one, my absolute favourite! I’ve read some reviews about this perfume being weak, not lasting. Personally, I think it depends on the person, and for me it lasts. Though a couple of shoppers do knock one star off writing, “This cologne is absolutely gorgeous. I’ve only given 4 stars as the only disappointment is the longevity of the scent, for such an expensive product, this is my only criticism.”
And another notes: “I am obsessed with this fragrance. Jo Malone has something very special on their hands with this one. I’ve never smelled anything similar to this, BUT it does not last. I would swallow the price for this if it lasted even an entire hour. Even just 1 measly hour would satisfy me because I love the smell so much. But it literally lasts 10 minutes maximum on me. If I rub my nose around deeply into my wrist, I can get a faint something or other at the 15-minute mark. But after that, it’s just poof, gone in the wind. It’s such a bummer because this fragrance is so unique and lovely.”
