The foundation is one that Molly-Mae Hague keeps buying and she loves the medium coverage it gives her

Fans of Molly-Mae Hague don’t have to wait long until the Amazon documentary about her is released. On Thursday, January 17, viewers of the new show will get an in-depth look at the reality TV star’s life following her separation from ex-boyfriend, Tommy Fury.

Since her appearance on Love Island, the “Molly-Mae Effect” has been strong on social media and everything she touches get sold out quickly. As a beauty lover herself, Molly-Mae swears by a high-end foundation that she seems to keep restocking and that’s the Haus Labs foundation Triclone Skin Tech Medium Coverage Foundation.

Created by Lady Gaga, the award-winning makeup is formulated with more than 20 skincare ingredients that help even skin tone and protect from environmental stress. Retailing at £42 at Haus Labs website and Sephora, shoppers can find their shade using the “shade finder” function online.

Molly-Mae has been seen using the foundation several times on her YouTube vlogs and in one video filmed in Courchevel, France, where she had a ski trip with Tommy Fury and friends, she said: “I’ve been using this, this is probably the longest I’ve stuck with foundation for, I mix it with a lighter coverage something every day.”

She told fans that she wore shade 230 in light medium cool and she blended it using a Kylie Cosmetics Foundation Brush, which is now reduced from £24 to £19.20 at Boots.

Ideal for those with pigmentation and uneven texture, the serum-like texture seamlessly “blurs and smooths” while fermented arnica, a key ingredient, helps to reduce redness and protect skin from environmental stress. Many shoppers also approved the foundation and praised the natural, luminous finish with “no slipping or caking”.

One shopper was pleased with the “weightless” feel and shared: “Doesn’t feel like you’ve got foundation on its very weightless. Medium coverage so can built it up. Gives my skin but better. Always get complicated by people saying my skin looks flawless. Will always be the only foundation I will use as doesn’t flare up my eczema.”

Another left a five-star review and commented: “Best foundation ever. I am so fair skinned and also have rosacea and this is the best ever at covering it and making me not feel like a ghost.”

But some were disappointed when their foundation arrived in a different shade as one detailed: “I was happy with the coverage, it looked natural on my skin. However, I bought the 030 and it was totally a wrong colour to what was advertised. It was supposed to be light warm, but it arrived as a pink undertone.”

In Molly-Mae’s recent videos, she said: “When I went to Trafford Centre to get the last-minute presents, I went into Sephora and I picked up my Haus Labs, which I’m so happy about. I picked up my Haus Labs foundation in two different shades.”

Other than the Haus Lab foundation, Molly-Mae also uses Giorgio Armani Beauty’s Luminous Silk Foundation, which you can get for £36.80 at Boots, as well as the L’Oreal Paris True Match Liquid Foundation (£11.99 from LookFantastic), and Hourglass Cosmetics’ Skin Tint Foundation, £49 at SpaceNK.
