Victoria Thomas Bowen, 25, threw a banana milkshake over the Reform UK leader outside a pub in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, during his election campaign on June 4 – and could now face jail

A woman who threw a banana milkshake at Nigel Farage during his election campaign plugged her OnlyFans page shortly after appearing in court.

Victoria Thomas Bowen, 25, pleaded guilty at Westminster Magistrates Court to assault by beating after she threw her drink over the Reform UK leader outside a pub in Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, on June 4. She also confessed to criminal damage after causing £17.50 worth of damage to a coat owned by Mr Farage’s security officer, James Woolfenden.

The OnlyFans model and mum-of-one now faces a potential jail term with sentencing adjourned until December 16. Deputy senior district judge Tan Ikram adjourned sentencing and told the defendant: “You have pleaded guilty to, in my judgment, two serious charges.

“This was an unprovoked, targeted attack now on an elected Member of Parliament. I take a serious view of these offences. I am seeking a pre-sentence report which will consider all options for sentence.”

As Thomas Bowen left court, she reportedly posted an Instagram video talking about her new-found fame. She also uploaded a raunchy snap of herself in nothing but underwear and heels on her story, along with a link to her OnlyFans page.

The incident left Farage visibly shaken and drenched in the yellow liquid, which had also stained his navy blue suit. The Reform leader jokingly posted a video on X with the caption “my milkshake brings all the people to the rally” in reference to the hit song ‘Milkshake’ by Kelis, but later admitted it was “quite frightening”.

In a witness statement read out in court, he said despite not being injured, “this incident caused me concern as I have only been going about my job”. He said he tried to “have as much public engagement as possible”, adding: “I’m saddened that this has happened at a public campaign.”

The 25-year-old was arrested shortly after the incident and told cops in an interview she “does not agree with his [Farage’s] political views”. She threw the drink because she “had the opportunity” when she saw Farage outside one of her local pubs.

Prosecutor Nishma Shah told the court: “She acknowledges that this was an assault and that the liquid would have gone over the jackets of him and others and caused them to get cleaning, but she states that Nigel would be able to afford this. She states she did not regret her actions.”

Thomas-Bowen told officers she did not intend for the cup to hit Farage. She was granted unconditional bail ahead of her sentencing. In an interview with the BBC, the mum said she had thrown the milkshake because she “just felt like it”. She added: “He doesn’t stand for me. He doesn’t represent anything I believe in, or any of the people around here. He doesn’t represent us, he’s not from here.”
