Amazon shoppers are praising this tasty and effective supplement for boosting the growth of hair and nails, with some reporting noticing a difference in just a few weeks

Hair loss and hair thinning is a common beauty concern amongst men and women, of all ages, and it can be tricky to treat. While serious issues should be discussed with a doctor or trichologist, there are a number of supplements you can take that help to boost hair growth – including these chewy gummies from Amazon.

We’ve previously seen WeightWorld’s Biotin Hair Growth Supplement prove to be hugely popular with Amazon shoppers due to its bargain price (£9.99 for a year’s supply) and effective results, but if you don’t like swallowing tablets, WeightWorld’s Biotin Gummies might be more up you’re street. They usually cost £15.45 for 120 gummies – two months’ supply – but they’re currently on sale for £13.90.

‘I tested 9 skin tints and this is the best lightweight face base I’ve found’

‘This brightening vitamin C serum is the only one that doesn’t irritate my problem skin’

These easy-to take chewable gummies not only contain biotin – an essential nutrient for skin and hair, as well as the metabolism and the nervous system – but also vitamin A, B, C, D and E, and selenium, all of which help to encourage healthy skin, hair and nails. They’re also suitable for vegetarians, and have a yummy raspberry and blueberry flavour.

With thousands of five star reviews, shoppers have been praising their effect on hair growth, with some reporting that it looked longer and thicker in as little as a few weeks.

The comment from the shopper who posted these photos at the top of this page wrote, “Massive difference already December to February!”, demonstrating impressive hair growth in just two months.

“Nicely packaged and they taste quite nice. I’m post menopausal and noticed my hair thinning around my hairline. I’ve tried expensive shampoos etc. and they helped but didn’t really solve the problem. However, after taking these there is a noticeable difference in my hair. My hair feels thicker than it ever has since menopause and I’ve got definite regrowth,” another review reads.

A third review titled ‘Transformed my hair’ continues: “I have been taking these gummies for 5 weeks and I have already noticed a significant change in my hair health. I have curly Caucasian hair which has been through it all, bleaching, heat, etc. The changes: my hair is more shiny, far less breakage due to brushing, which has already increased length, my hair is more resistant, curls seem to ‘bounce back’ after being styled in a bun or pony tail. I can’t rate this product enough, for what it costs it’s made a true difference.”

Where there also seems to have been noticeable results is with nail growth, with many leaving comments such as, “My nails became much stronger and grew in faster” and “After a couple weeks use I noticed my nails become a lot stronger and were breaking a lot less”.

Not everyone was completely won over though, with some not really noticing many improvements (it’s worth noting that most dietary supplements should be taken for several months before you can expert to see a difference). “It’s good texture and tasty but it’s not for me. It didn’t do anything with my brittle short nails even I took it for longer time,” one three star review reads. “Plus it’s expensive than other more effective products. For me, 5000mcg is not enough.” If you do want a higher concentration of biotin, then WeightWorld’s Biotin Hair Growth Supplement tablets might be better for you.

There are also topical products you can use to boost hair growth. Scalps serums such as Champo Pitta Growth Serum, £34, and UKLASH Hair Growth Serum, from £34, are come highly rated, while many swear by the TikTok-popular trend of massaging rosemary oil into roots.
