Users in multiple countries take to Reddit for answers
Microsoft users have taken to Reddit to seek answers after being blocked from accessing their Outlook or Hotmail accounts.
Starting a thread, one wrote: “Is anyone else getting a constant notification for credentials needed to be signed into their Hotmail or Outlook? I keep getting the same notification, putting in my password and it is not accepting it. Just wondering if there’s an outage or it’s down somewhere because loading even takes too long of the time when I just used it.”
Customers in Latin America, Hungary, Canada and the UK have replied reporting similar issues.
