The festive countdown from Lush offers a complete Snow Fairy haul, and a seriously fun one at that

Any Lush fan will know exactly what Snow Fairy is – that sweet, bubblegum-and-candy-floss scent that appears every festive season and instantly sparks joy. This year, the brand has gone one step further by releasing a full Snow Fairy advent calendar, meaning shoppers can unwrap the sugary scent every day in the run-up to Christmas.

Called Fairy Magic (£105), the calendar is a bright, colourful box packed with 12 Snow Fairy–themed treats. Inside, fans will find everything from bath bombs and bubble bars to shower gel, hair primer, body scrub, soap, and more.

In a first for a Lush advent calendar, it even includes a single-wick Snow Fairy candle, so homes can smell just as magical as the bath water. Whether shoppers want to keep everything for themselves or split it up into stocking fillers, there’s plenty to enjoy.

Value-wise, users will be getting each item for around £8.75, which is surprisingly good considering many Snow Fairy favourites usually sit around that price already. For dedicated fans, it’s a no-brainer treat.

Besides Lush, there are other gift sets and advent calendars to consider. That includes The Body Shop’s Classic Beauty Advent Calendar (£60), which includes everything from shower gels, shampoos and sheet masks, to balms, butters and body scrubs.

This special box contains 12 Snow Fairy treats, including a bath bomb, body lotion and more.

Otherwise, Sanctuary Spa’s Complete Spa Escape Festive Gift Set (£26.50 from £54) is another pick. It contains several popular scents from the brand, such as Lily and Rose, Aqua Serenity and Golden Sandalwood.

Fairy Magic hasn’t had any reviews yet, but the products inside have. The Snow Fairy shampoo, for example, has one shopper saying: ” This shampoo made my hair so so so so soft and smells amazing. I was surprised at how little goes such a long way and how my hair is still smelling good.”

Meanwhile, a Snow Fairy Shower Gel user penned: “I purchase a big bottle every year because this smells SO GOOD! It lathers really nicely, and I feel like it doesn’t strip my skin. 10/10 recommend.”

However, someone who purchased the Snow Fairy Body Spray complained: “The smell is great, but the scent leaves fairly quickly, unfortunately.”

On a more positive note, a Snow Fairy candle lover said: “I bought this last night and burned it for a couple of hours when I got home, the scent filled my entire flat, which was sooo nice.”
