While leggings are a staple for many of us, sometimes the occasion calls for something a little smarter. Now, M&S shoppers think they’ve found the perfect balance in the form of a straight leg trouser that they say are ‘like leggings.’

“Fit well around legs and bum and comfortable on waist. A little like leggings on the waist (no buttons or zip). Bought short size 12 and the length is perfect.”
