Listen to everyone from Oasis to Sabrina Carpenter absolutely free for four months as Amazon gears up for its Big Deal Days sales event

Amazon has unveiled a mega deal for music lovers as it gears up for its Big Deal Days sale. The retail giant has announced its latest site-wide sales event will take place on October 8-9, with prices slashed on thousands of items in exclusive deals for Amazon Prime members.

To mark the occasion, Amazon is kicking things off early by offering more than 100 million songs on Amazon Music Unlimited free for four months. Amazon Music Unlimited is the brand’s own music streaming platform to rival Apple Music and Spotify and features countless songs from the biggest artists, new and old, including Oasis, Taylor Swift, The Beatles and Sabrina Carpenter.

It comes packed with endless amounts of music, ad-free podcasts, offline listening with unlimited skips and high-quality HD and spatial audio from your smartphone, tablet or laptop. It also has a library chock full of sleep sounds for those who struggle to drift off at night.

Premium subscriptions to Apple Music and Spotify cost £10.99 and £11.99 a month respectively, but with Amazon’s latest offer, you can get Amazon Music Unlimited free for four months. This would normally set Prime members back £39.96, but you can sign up here to snap up this great deal before it ends at 4pm on October 10.

Amazon is giving away four months free access to Amazon Music Unlimited to Prime members ahead of the Big Deal Days sale. The streaming service offers more than 100 million songs in HD, plus ad-free podcasts and offline listening.

Non-prime members can get Amazon Music Unlimited free for three months.

The deal is also available to non-Prime members, who can bag Amazon Music Unlimited for three months. To claim the deal you can sign up here and get an Amazon Prime subscription here, which costs £8.99 a month – or £95 a year – after a 30-day free trial.

The Amazon Music Unlimited deal is available for new members only and cannot be claimed by those currently in a free trial of Amazon Music Unlimited, already a paying customer or those who have previously claimed a free trial. After the promotional period, the subscription will automatically refresh at the usual monthly price of £9.99 for Prime members or £10.99 for non-Prime members, at which point you’re free to cancel.

Elsewhere, Apple is giving away three months of free Apple Music with the new AirPods 4, which are available to pre-order now from £129 ahead of their September 20 launch, while Spotify offers new users a three-month free trial of its Premium Individual plan.
