UK property trainer Nicky Greer is preparing to extend her lease options education model to new markets following a strong response to her recent Dubai initiative.
The expansion comes at a time when investors are increasingly exploring flexible entry routes into property across different jurisdictions.
Earlier this year, Greer hosted a group of experienced participants in the UAE for an in-depth property and investment programme. The visit included analysis of how Dubai’s legal framework and market dynamics compare with those in the UK, supported by briefings from local industry specialists. The experience highlighted the adaptability of lease option strategies in an international setting.
Reflecting on the experience, Nick Greer said: “We took our high-level clients for a five-day property and investment experience.
