Miranda Wilson is as aesthetic nurse practitioner from California, US. She often talks about cosmetic surgery and treatments – including ones she’s had done – with her 566,000 Instagram fans on her @np.miranda account.

And in one of her latest posts, she gave her followers a full run-down of everything she’s had done to her face.

Miranda shared a reel which started with her staring into the camera as overlay text read: “What 10k worth of treatments look like.”

She then smiled as she shared her list of treatments, which included cheek filler, Botox and chin filler. Miranda had also had some treatments done you may not have heard of, such as Cosmelan – a depigmenting method that removes spots fully and prevents their reappearance.

Another lesser-known treatment was Erbium, which is laser resurfacing is designed to remove superficial and moderately deep lines and wrinkles on your face. Masseter tox was also on the list, which involves injecting Botulinum Toxin Type A into the large masseter muscles of the jaw to relax them, reducing pain from teeth grinding and giving a slimmer face shape. A vampire facial, tear trough filler and CO2 finished the list.

As well as talking about her treatments, Miranda also share an old picture of herself showing what she looked like before having anything done to her face.

Captioning the post, Miranda wrote: “Now obviously this doesn’t all happen at once! Investing in your skin and face is a life long journey. It’s never a one and done.”

People were loving the post, with it racking up more than 45,000 likes. One person told her: “You look great, money well spent.” While another added: “100% worth it. You’re gorgeous.”

However, despite this, another follower told her she “didn’t need” any of the treatments while others complained she now ‘looked like everyone else.”

One person exclaimed: “I liked your face before! Somehow after all these treatments everyone looks the same.” While another added: “You just look like everyone else.”
