W.H. Ireland Group said it has appointed Simon Alick Moore as nonexecutive chair with immediate effect, subject to regulatory approval.
The London-listed financial-services company said Moore is currently a director at PCF Group, RCI Bank, and has been a director at Pennant International Group and Al Rayan Bank UK, among others.
Moore replaces Simon Lough, who the company said in July would be stepping down.
Shares at 0839 GMT were flat at 4.50 pence.
