Annie Kilner and sister Sian were once close, but a shocking turn of events has brought up painful comparisons for the WAG, who is still nursing her own heartache following husband Kyle Walker’s betrayal
Annie Kilner’s alleged feud with sister Sian has hit painfully close to home, with the WAG reportedly raging that her sibling is ‘doing a Lauryn Goodman’.
Mum-of-four Annie has endured turbulence in her marriage to Kyle Walker after it emerged the footballer had fathered two children during an on-off fling with former TOWIE star Lauryn. Now Annie, 32, has suffered a bitter blow after learning sister Sian had become pregnant following an affair with a married man – a revelation that would have hit heartbreakingly close to home.
Annie, who is currently fighting to save her own marriage, is said to be furious with her younger sister – so much so that she even refused to go visit the new baby, who was born last week. This latest sad update follows months of alleged tension and heated messages between the once-close sisters. Here, the Mirror takes a look at their difficult feud…
Speaking to the Mail, Sian, 26, admitted: “This is a sensitive situation for Annie, she absolutely doesn’t condone my behaviour and is appalled at the upset it may cause. I sincerely apologise for any pain I have caused to the families involved, including my own.”
The paper revealed that Sian is intending to raise her baby on her own, with no input from the father, who is reportedly unaware of his child. They reported a source said: “Annie is still in a lot of pain over what’s gone on in her marriage. She was shocked to discover what Sian was doing after what she went through. She doesn’t condone her actions and has made this clear to her.” They added that Annie was “shocked to her core” when she found out what her sister had been up to.
Annie and Sian once had each other’s backs, with Sian even sticking up publicly for her sister during the ongoing saga with Lauryn. In one pointed Instagram post shared earlier this year, after it emerged Kyle and Lauryn had conceived a second child together, Sian wrote: “@lauryngoodman91 When does your torment end? My sister who is now seven months pregnant, has faced your cruelty for almost five years now.
“What’s your goal? To see how much stress you can put on a pregnant woman? To create a false victim narrative around what you did? You clearly lack empathy but this level of evil is out of control and harms everyone – especially the children.”
In light of recent events, Kyle has reportedly now accused his sister-in-law of being a hypocrite. A source told the Daily Mail: “Sian sent vile messages to Kyle calling him every name under the sun when she found out about him and Lauryn. Now he feels that she had no right to be so vicious. He doesn’t want anything to do with her.”
Sian’s actions have reportedly also damaged Kyle and Annie’s already strained marriage. The source continued: “Every time they have an argument about his cheating, he just says to her: ‘Look what’s gone on in your own family before you have a go at me’. Sian’s behaviour has caused them even more problems.”
Meanwhile, Lauryn also appears to have taken aim at Sian, sharing a message from one of her Instagram followers which suggested that ‘people in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones’. Referring to Annie’s reported anger at Sian, the fan post read: “Sorry, but this is hilarious! Hypocrisy at its finest! However, it p****s me off how the articles are written. It’a all about ‘she’s’ done this and ‘she’s’ done that (referring to both you and Sian and your situations). I’m sitting here thinking, no, sorry but HE’S done all that. The men who spun you and Sian a line and had the affairs. You girls didn’t have the affair, they, the men had the affair. Yet it’s written like it’s all the woman’s fault.”
In response, Lauryn remarked: “This is actually very true. It’s a man’s world…we just live in it apparently.” While Annie tries to keep her family together, reality star Lauryn, 33, has broken down in tears when discussing how her children don’t have a relationship with Man City star Kyle, 34. Annie, who shares three sons with Kyle – Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, Reign, five, and a five-month-old Rezon, has decided to give her marriage to Walker another go. But Lauryn feels left out in the cold as she solo parents her two children, Kairo, four, and 13-month-old daughter Kinara.
Speaking on her new podcast, Yours Sincerely, Lauryn’s co-host and close friend Lisa Andrews heard how she had struggled with some of son Kairo’s homework. The mum-of-two told Lisa she had “welled up” during the summer assignment the school had handed out, that involved making a book about family. Lauryn was forced to ask her son’s teacher if she should include pictures of Kyle and his family or simply avoid broaching the subject.
She said with a tremor in her voice: “I don’t want Kairo, I don’t even want to get upset. I don’t want Kairo to sit there in class while everyone is getting there book out with their family and their dad and for him to feel some type of way when those children are obviously talking about their family.”
In the end, Lauryn chose not to include Kyle in the book, but did include his parents taking the kids on a day out to the zoo. But she admitted Kairo has started to ask questions about his dad. Lauryn added: “I just don’t want to give him any abandonment issues.”
