Jodie believes she deserves to be pampered for Mother’s Day, so decided it was only right to whisk herself off on a lavish holiday by herself as it’s the least she deserves

A mum has revealed how she deserves to be taken away on a lavish trip for Mother’s Day – without her son. Glam mum Jodie Weston said that because she’s such a ‘great mum’ she is taking herself on a £5,000 solo trip as it’s ‘the least’ she deserves. The model from London has always been open about splashing the cash, and even once admitted to forking out £1,000 a month on her son Koa-Zayde’s clothes as she doesn’t hold back when it comes to treating her loved ones.

Jodie, 30, who is also a DJ, once appeared on Channel 5’s Rich Holiday Poor Holiday and Rich Kids Go Skint also spent £30,000 on a holiday for her and her toddler to enjoy “the high life” and for Mother’s Day is giving herself the pamper she deserves, so is going on a solo trip.

‘There’s a reason I live with my family of 7 in a 2-bed council flat’

“It’s the least I deserve. It’s my turn to be pampered for once, especially as it’s Mother’s Day,” she said, and detailed her plans to give herself some self-care.

She added: “I’ll be having a masseuse come to my apartment. Then I have a trip to the Ivy for dinner booked, along with a present of a cocktail-making class.

“And then, I’ll be whisked away to Mexico as a gift to myself for being such a great mum.”

As well as paying out for herself, Jodie previously confessed to spending £20,000 on cosmetic treatments and also likes to spend money on her own mum, paying £350 to hire out a spa for them both.

And the experience was nothing short of luxury as Jodie said: “We had champagne on tap, the jacuzzi all to ourselves, along with our own sauna and steam room. I ordered us afternoon tea, with chocolates and strawberries, too.

“There’s no price you can put on treating those you love.”

She slammed critics who give her negative comments about how she spends her money, and said they’re ‘just jealous’ of her lavish lifestyle. “I’’m just living a life of luxury, and there’s nothing wrong with that. If you’ve got it, then flaunt it. I think we’re enjoying living it large for now.

“Everyone who knows me, knows I don’t like to live a ‘normal’ life. The people who judge me, more often than not, are just jealous of me. And that’s their problem, not mine.”
