Joshua and Dubois will face off at Wembley Stadium with viewers also treated to a pre-fight performance from Liam Gallagher
Anthony Joshua is heading back into the ring for a hotly anticipated fight against his former sparring partner. The two-time heavyweight champion will go head-to-head with fellow Brit Daniel Dubois for the IBF World Heavyweight Championship.
The fight – part of Riyadh Season – will see approximately 96,000 fans in attendance at London’s Wembley Stadium, with some last-minute tickets still available here. A victory will see Joshua (28-3, 25 KOs) become a three-time heavyweight world champion and reclaim the title he lost to Oleksandr Usyk in September 2021.
Joshua has been in stellar form since his defeat to the Ukrainian with four back-to-back wins with the help of Tyson Fury’s former trainer Ben Davison. Usyk’s decision to vacate the belt upgraded Dubois (21-2, 20 KOs) to full champion, so he will be looking to reclaim the belt for the first time.

Ahead of the fight, Ricky Hatton backed Joshua to claim his third heavyweight title, saying he has better ability, fluency and speed. Speaking to Action Network, ‘The Hitman’ said: “I can only see Joshua winning.
“A lot of people will turn around and say it’s an obvious statement and we can all say if Joshua lands a punch on your chin he’ll knock you out but because he’s happy now, not like when he fought Usyk. He is more likely to land on Daniel Dubois than the other way around.
“If Dubois does land, then it goes without saying. Dubois is going into this fight so confident because he has improved massively. I just think it’s a case of who you think will land first and Joshua has the better boxing ability and fluency, and more speed.”
Elsewhere on the night, the stacked undercard will see Anthony Cacace and Josh Warrington fighting for the IBF super-featherweight title, as well as a live performance from Liam Gallagher before the event. Here’s when the Joshua vs Dubois fight will take place and how you can watch in the UK.
