Home Bargains has brought back a popular garden decoration that went viral last year, and fans are buzzing. The budget store has released the highly sought-after solar lights ahead of spring as people start thinking about the year ahead and how they plan to jazz up their garden in time for summer.
The store’s hot air balloon lights were an online sensation last year, and now they have returned to stores and can be purchased online. The light-up decorations have already caused so much excitement that some versions and colours have already sold out on Home Bargains’ website.
Their return has been highlighted by Home Bargains fans on social media. On the popular Facebook group, Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, a user wrote: “Hot Air Balloon Solar Lights Are Back At Home Bargains.”
The post is accompanied by pictures of the lights in a store, showing various sizes, designs and colours to pick from. It didn’t take long for the post to rack up plenty of likes and comments from excited shoppers.
One person commented: “Need one of these in my garden.” Another tagged a friend and said: “Here we go again.” Someone else told their mate: “They are back.” Another said: “Have to have a look on Saturday.”
Alongside laughing emojis, someone else posted: “Oh here we go again.” A user called Sraha told her friend: “Soon be time to sort the gardens.” One user wrote: “Love it when shops like Home Bargains get the garden stuff on the shelves. It means BBQ season is on the horizon.”
For £5.99 in stores and online, Home Bargains shoppers can get the multi-coloured miniature hanging version of the Hot Air Balloon Mobile Solar Lights by Firefly Solar Light Co. Home Bargains says: “Add a magical touch to your garden with these multicolour Hot Air Balloon solar lights from Firefly, featuring warm white LEDs and easy installation for a cosy, inviting glow every evening.”
Another option is the single-hanging medium version of the Hot Air Balloon Mobile Solar Lights, which cost £3.49 and come in three colours, including purple, green and pink. Home Bargains says: “Add a magical glow to your garden… featuring colourful flame effect LEDs that light up automatically at dusk. Easy to install and rechargeable for hassle-free outdoor charm.”
For anyone interested in an Extra-Large Hot Air Balloon Mobile Solar Light, they cost £12.99 and are available in four colours: blue, green, magenta and rainbow. Some of the colours have already sold out online; shoppers are advised to check their nearest store.
