Amazon Music Unlimited is offering a 30-day free trial for new users

Harry Styles fans have plenty to keep them busy this week. Alongside the buzz around his newly announced upcoming tour, the singer has also shared new music, with his latest single Aperture already climbing the global streaming charts.

Presale tickets are already live on Ticketmaster, with general sale going live on Friday at 11am. He has announced six Wembley Stadium dates in London.

The song Aperture appears on his upcoming fourth studio album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally, which is set for release on March 6 2026 and is now available to pre-order. For those planning a deep dive into Harry’s back catalogue (or just want Aperture on repeat), it’s worth knowing that some streaming platforms are currently offering free trials.

That includes Amazon Music Unlimited, which lets new users stream music at no cost for 30 days. Those who sign up to the subscription service will have access to its full catalogue of more than 100 million songs, plus ad-free podcasts and one free audiobook each month.

The platform also has a growing catalogue mastered in Dolby Atmos and 360 Reality Audio and ‘thousands of expertly crafted playlists and Stations’. Users can also get customised recommendations based on their listening habits, and they can play songs anytime on their smartphone, tablet, PCs, Fire TVs or Amazon Echos. All of this means that people can listen to Aperture, revisit earlier Harry Styles albums, or explore curated playlists without committing upfront.

Those who sign up will have access to its full catalogue of more than 100 million songs, plus ad-free podcasts and one free audiobook each month.

With Valentine’s Day around the corner, Amazon Music has also pulled together themed playlists that suit both romantics and the less-loved-up, from Amazon Music Originals love songs, Greatest Love Songs from Adele and Whitney Houston, and Love Hits, to Anti-Valentine’s and classic rock collections with musicians like Led Zeppelin and Queen.

After the 30-day trial ends, Amazon Music Unlimited costs £10.99 a month for Prime members and £11.99 for non-Prime members, and the offer is available to new users only. Amazon isn’t the only platform with these things up for grabs, however.

Alternatively, Apple Music also has access to around 100 million songs. Plus, it currently has a limited-time offer to get three months free for new subscribers. After the trial ends, the price rises to £10.99 a month. The platform also has a range of playlists, podcasts and even radio stations like Capital, Kiss FM and Heart UK.

Spotify is another option, and it is currently offering one month for free for its Premium Individual plan, which means no ads and users can play songs in any order. After the first month, prices will then rise to £12.99 per month and customers can cancel anytime.

Amazon Music, however, has been rated highly on Trustpilot. One person said: “Best music player.” Another wrote: “They are brilliant at finding perfect song choices for me, and I prefer them to other music apps. No issues with them at all, and I love their music recommendations for me, too.”

This user removed a star and said as part of a longer review: “I love the variety of music. But, I hate to have to keep being interrupted and running back to tell them that yes, I’m still listening.” Another said: “A tad expensive, however, a very reliable service with a great line-up of music and podcasts.”

Overall, most people were pleased, though, as another person said: “Never had a problem with Amazon music. I use the app on my phone and pay monthly and they have a big selection to pick from and you can download to listen offline.”
