Hi Hannah! We love everything in your new Debenhams edit, what’s your go-to Christmas party outfit? Is there a style or fit you always fall back on?

I’m a magpie – I love shiny things…. but also black and white! Christmas is my favourite time of the year in terms of style because anything goes – be brave, mix up sequins, clash patterns, add a bow, cover yourself in glitter, HAVE FUN!

If you had to choose one thing from the Duh, Debenhams edit to wear to a Christmas party what would it be and why?

I have been quite vocal about my LOVE for the Warehouse at Debenhams Celestial Hand Embellished Sequin Mini Dress (now £74.50, was £149) – it’s super fun and a showstopper! But I must stop telling people how great it is because I’m imagining us all turning up to the same party wearing this dress… actually that sounds quite fun to be honest. Let’s have a party for THE IT dress of the season.

Is there one item that makes you feel confident every time you wear it, or that you reach for when you need a confidence boost?

I’m a sucker for a good jumpsuit, I call it an adult baby-grow. It’s my go-to when I can’t think of what to wear, but also want to feel put together. Although a great alternative is a two-piece, I’m obsessed with the Warehouse at Debenhams Denim All Over Hotfix Waistcoat and Jeans from my edit which gives them the same look and feel of a jumpsuit but you can also mix and match with other pieces in your wardrobe.

Talk us through your Christmas party prep – how do you get yourself ready for a big event?

I annoyingly never seem to give myself enough time to get ready but when I do it’s the full-works; light a candle; sheet mask, good tunes on, glass of bubbles. I wonder why I’m always late!?

Are there any of your beauty products that Joel likes to “borrow” or you share as a couple?

As Joel turns 40 next year (shhh don’t say I said anything) he’s all of sudden annoyingly got into expensive skincare BUT the thing he is most obsessed with stealing is my LED Mask. There’s a red glow coming from our bedroom most nights but not in a sexy way.

What are your thoughts on co-ordinating couples outfits, cute or cringey? And do you and Joel ever intentionally match what you’re wearing for a party or an event?

I personally would love to be more co-ordinated… the more Posh and Becks the better right?! I always like to take time to plan my outfit for events, but Joel is pretty last minute so it’s always a surprise when he comes down the stairs in a shiny suit with 2-mins to go before the taxi arrives!
