Greggs has added a brand new Veggie Feast Pizza and a BLT sandwich, alongside two new iced drinks to its Spring menu from today – and has brought back a few old favourites

Greggs has given its menu a major shakeup with the launch of a new lunchtime snack today. The high street bakery chain has introduced the all new Veggie Feast Pizza to its menu and Greggs fans can pick themselves one up from 11am today.

The pizza has a soft focaccia-style base and is topped with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, sweetcorn, mixed peppers, and red onions. Prices for the new lunchtime menu sits at £2.40 a slice and for the next 10 days Greggs is offering a huge 25% discount sharing boxes. From today until March 30, you can grab four slice boxes for just £6.50 – down from £7.95 – or a 6-slice box for only £7.99 – down from £9.95.

The Veggie Feast Pizza isn’t the only new item on the bakery chain’s menu this Spring. It has introduced a new BLT sandwich and a Tuna Crunch Roll – which has featured previously on Greggs’s menu but has returned with a brand new recipe. The BLT consists of sweetcure bacon, salad leaves, tomato and mayonnaise in malted brown bread, while the Tuna Crunch sees tuna mixed with red pepper relish, mayonnaise, and red onion packed into a white and wholemeal roll with salad leaves.

The BLT will set you back £2.75 on its own, or at £3.85 with any regular hot drink or cold drink. The Tuna Roll sits at £3.25 on its own or £3.85 under the lunchtime meal deal offer. These new menu items are available in all Greggs stores nationwide. Greggs is also introducing two new iced drinks with its new Peach Iced Tea and a Mint Lemonade – although these will only be available in selected branches.

The Peach Iced Tea contains peach flavour syrup with sweetener and tea extract, and the Mint Lemonade consists of mint flavour lemonade with sugar and sweetener – both of which are served over ice. For the drinks, prices start at £2.55, and £2.50 respectively.

Fans of the bakery chain may also be excited to hear that the Peri Peri Chicken Pasta is also making a return. Consisting of Piri Piri chicken breast slices and a spicy mayo-style dressing, the beloved lunchtime staple will set you back £3.35.

Finally to celebrate Easter, Greggs has reintroduced two sweet treats to its stores with its Easter Bun and its Easter Jammy Biscuit. The Bun – which is priced at £1.05 for one and £3.30 for a four pack – consists of a vanilla flavour sponge, which is topped with fondant, coloured sprinkles and a cut sugar paste decoration. You can either have an Easter Bunny or a chick.

Costing £1.30, the Jammy Biscuit is crumbly and filled with apple and raspberry jam and topped with fondant and a sugar paste Easter character. For both Easter treats, you can also get a regular hot drink as well for just £2.85. All of the new and returning menu items are available through Click and Collect on the Greggs App, which is free to download.

On the app, you can collect stamps for each purchase you make at Greggs. For every nine purchases – across any category including hot drinks, sandwiches, bakes and sweet treats – app users can get one completely free. New users of the Greggs App also receive a free hot drink of their choice upon registration, as well as a free sweet treat to celebrate their birthday each year.
