Thank you, operator. Welcome to Gogoro’s 2026 Second Quarter Earnings Conference Call, hosted by our CEO, Henry Chiang; and CFO, Bruce Aitken. Henry will begin with an overview of our business performance and strategic priorities, followed by Bruce, who will review our financial results in greater detail. We will then open the call for Q&A.
