Emergency services have swarmed a busy UK city centre this afternoon after three people were stabbed in a broad daylight attack.
Police have been seen scouring Station Road in Gloucester this afternoon with several ambulances on scene. Officers said in a statement: “Emergency services were called at around 7.40am this morning (Wednesday 28 May) following reports that three people had been stabbed at an address on Bedford Street in Gloucester.
“Three people were taken to hospital to be treated for their injuries – two are described as having non-life threatening injuries and the third victim’s injuries are described as life-threatening. A man has been arrested in connection with the incident and is also being treated in hospital for injuries.”
