B&M says the item is ‘ideal for outdoor seating and dining areas’
Shoppers looking to give their gardens an “illuminating glow” could do just that with an item on sale at B&M right now. But it’s not that simple, they need to act fast or risk missing out.
The Solar Powered Iridescent Metal Lantern is priced at £6, although shoppers may need to be quick if they’re hoping to pick one up. B&M has attached a ‘Hurry Low Stock’ warning to the product, indicating availability may be limited.

Describing the lamp, B&M said: “Give your outdoor space an illuminating glow with the Mason & Jones Solar Powered Iridescent Metal Lantern. Ideal for outdoor seating and dining areas as a charming accessory.”
It has a cylindrical black metal frame with a carry handle attached at the top. Cut into the sides is a geometric pattern made up of repeating shapes radiating outwards from a central circle.
When illuminated, the design glows in a range of colours including pink, blue, green and yellow, with the light shining through the cut-out sections.
It measures approximately 22.5cm tall and 11.5cm in diameter, giving it a relatively compact footprint. Its size means it could be placed on outdoor tables, patios, balconies or other small garden spaces without taking up too much room.
B&M sells a wide range of other lighting options at bargain basement prices, too. Take the Solar Powered Tropical Table Lamp, for instance, which although more suited for indoor use, is said to deliver a decorative glow to gardens, patios and balconies.

It is said to deliver a “warm white LED colour” and arrives completely cable-free for extra convenience. It also contains a rechargeable battery, providing a long-lasting lighting option that the retailer says is “perfect for outdoor tables to illuminate your space”.
