The actress shares snaps from the Taylor Swift Eras Tour and meals out with friends, one of which she wore a pretty blouse from Nobody’s Child – a brand loved by Vicky Pattison, Frankie Bridge, Fearne Cotton and more

Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner has just joined the long list of celebrities who are as in love with Nobody’s Child as we are. The 28-year-old, who played Sansa Stark in the hit TV series, recently shared a series of snaps showing a glimpse into her life – and we immediately recognised one of her outfits as being from the popular retailer.

The mum-of-two posted a carousel of images to her 14 million Instagram followers, including a meal out for dinner with friends and her new boyfriend, Peregrine Pearson, alongside bathroom selfies and snaps at Taylor Swift’s Eras tour. But right at the very end, she shared a photo sitting among a sweet picnic setup in a meadow, wearing Nobody’s Child green gingham peter pan collar long sleeve blouse.

Big statement collars are having a real moment in summer 2024, and this blouse leans into the trend in the best way, elevating it with a delicate scallop trim. The string tie detailing is something we’ve seen a lot of from retailers like ASOS and H&M of late, while the fabric covered buttons make it look even more expensive.

Made from a cotton material, it boasts long balloon sleeves which make it ideal for chilly summer days, while the gingham print is the ultimate choice for a picnic. The actress styled hers with a pair of blue denim jeans and oversized sunglasses for the laid back occasion.

The £55 blouse appears to only be in stock direct at the moment, having already sold out at John Lewis. Though it did rack up some glowing reviews during its time at the high street retailer. One five star rating said: “ I bought this blouse in black and white check earlier in the year which looks great and saw it in this green so had to have it. I’m normally a 14/16 in blouses but the 14 in this was just right and a flattering shape. Nice neckline too.”

“Love the style of the blouse I’ve only worn it once so far but expect I’ll get lots of wear this summer. It’s feminine and can be dressed up or down,” another added, while a third concurred: “Fits really nicely and is perfect for Spring! Can be dressed up or down.”

It received no less than a four-star review, however, some people may prefer to wear shorter sleeves in the summer months. But not to worry, because it comes in a short-sleeved version, too.

Among the comments on Sophie’s post was one from fellow Nobody’s Child fan, Vicky Pattison, who wrote: “Ooohhh she’s living her best life”. Back in May, the Geordie Shore star shared a photo wearing the £95 Nobody’s Child White Embroidered Starlight Mini Dress, but has also been spotted in the Alexis Midi Dress, too.

She’s not the only celebrity customer, though, with the likes of Holly Willoughby, Frankie Bridge, Rochelle Humes, Lorraine Kelly and, of course, Ferne Cotton – who has her own collection with the retailer – also having sported their styles in the past.

Sophie, who is set to play title lead in the upcoming TV series Joan , clearly has an eye for style. Last month she appeared joyful and effortlessly chic in a WOERA light-blue striped crop co-ord set, paired with Adidas Sambas, Oliver Peoples sunglasses, and Louis Vuitton’s new S/S 24’ Low Key Hobo bag while sipping on a St-Germain Hugo Spritz in the South of France.

However, her Nobody’s Child Blouse is a much more affordable way to copy Sophie’s style, and even comes in black and white gingham, as well as plain black and white colourways, if you’d prefer. You can shop the £55 here on the Nobody’s Child website.

Meanwhile, the retailer has just launched a huge summer sale with up to 80 per cent off select items. You can shop the sale here.

Similar styles can be found at River Island, which currently has up to 50% off in its summer sale.
