Four teenagers have been arrested after a man was stabbed outside a McDonald’s in Leeds.
Emergency services were called to Briggate following reports of an altercation at 9.08pm on April 28, where a 34-year-old man was found to have been stabbed in the stomach.
The victim was rushed to hospital where his injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Images following the incident showed a police cordon in place outside the McDonald’s and across a pedestrianised stretch while officers used cameras to gather evidence.

West Yorkshire Police have arrested four teenage boys, aged 13 to 16, at the scene of the assault outside the McDonald’s on the corner of Briggate and Boar Lane. The teenagers have been bailed while the police continue with its enquiries.
No further details have been released by the police about the cause of the incident or what happened.
A spokesperson for the force confirmed to The Mirror that the suspects have now been bailed with the following statement: “At 9.08pm on 28 April officers were called to Briggate in Leeds to reports of an altercation. A 34 year old man was taken to hospital with a stab injury to his stomach. He is being treated for non life threatening injuries.
“Four teenage boys aged between 13 and 16 were arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault. They are all currently in custody. Enquiries are ongoing by Leeds CID.”
