Emergency services have rushed to a city street and police have issued an urgent warning after a person was found seriously injured.
An air ambulance has also been seen landing in a nearby park as the major incident unfolds in Cowick Street, Exeter. Multiple witnesses have told DevonLive police, including armed officers, fire crews and medics are at the scene.
Devon and Cornwall Police have warned the public in Exeter not to approach “anyone acting suspiciously”.
