Here’s what the A-list are being gifted for this year’s 98th annual Academy Awards

While the winners at the 98th Academy Awards (aka The Oscars) will leave clutching golden statuettes, there’s another prize that always sparks curiosity: the famously extravagant Oscars nominee gift bags. Often valued in the six-figure range, these goodie bags have become almost as talked about as the awards themselves, treating nominees to a selection of luxury beauty, wellness and lifestyle treats.

Before we dive in, it’s worth noting this year’s bags are reportedly an ‘everybody wins’ gift for nominees, whether they take home a shiny trophy or not, and are curated by an L.A.-based entertainment marketing company not official gifts from the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences

For 2026, skincare takes centre stage– a fitting theme considering the nominees will have spent plenty of time getting their skin ready for this very occasion.

The shoppable skincare inside the 2026 Oscars gift bags

Among the most buzzworthy inclusions are products from Glow Recipe, the Korean-inspired skincare brand whose dewy, fruit-powered formulas regularly go viral online. This year’s nominees will receive the brand’s well-known Watermelon Glow toner, alongside newly launched Korean toner pads designed to smooth and brighten the complexion.

Swiss skincare brand INSTYTUTUM also makes an appearance with a three-piece luxury skincare set. Known for its science-led formulas and active ingredients, the brand has built a strong following among dermatologists and beauty insiders.

Sun protection– very important in Los Angeles, where the event is held– is also covered thanks to Supergoop!, which has included its Invisible SPF primer. Loved by make-up artists, the lightweight formula smooths skin while delivering broad-spectrum sun protection.

Then there’s Danucera, the luxury skincare brand founded by aesthetician Danuta Mieloch, which has contributed both skincare products and a sculpt-and-lift facial experience. Nominees can also unwind with a $400 spa credit (around £315) for treatments at Desuar Spa, which offers facials and massage services.

Of course, the bags go far beyond skincare. Some of the most headline-grabbing inclusions come in the form of cosmetic treatments. Rumoured to be among them is a body-sculpting experience from ArtLipo with Dr Thomas Su, a smile makeover consultation and whitening treatment from Beverly Hills Dental Arts, and perhaps the most extravagant inclusion of all– a $25,000 facial rejuvenation procedure (around £19,700) with New York surgeon Dr Konstantin Vasyukevich.

In other words, even those who don’t hear their name called on stage will leave the Oscars with glowing skin, spa appointments and a beauty haul most of us can only imagine.
