One person said: “I visited Ernest Jones on Friday 27th February 2026. I was immediately helped by Lorraine who was very welcoming, bright and cheery. She helped me source the ring I was interested in, promptly sized it for me and organised for it to be altered. She asked if it was for a special occasion, I told her it was for my birthday that day and she congratulated very warmly. My experience was very good.”
