Disney+ is upping its prices this week, but there’s still time to lock in the current rate and secure a discount for a whole year
Disney+ has issued a 48-hour warning as the streamer is set to increase its prices this week. The streaming service from the House of Mouse has announced the price of its annual Standard plan will rise on Thursday, October 17, but there’s still time to lock in the current rate for a whole year.
Signing up for 12 months of the Disney+ Standard plan currently costs £79.90, saving members £15.98 compared to the monthly rate of £7.99. Disney+ has confirmed that from October 17, the cost of the annual plan will rise to £89.90, reducing the saving to £5.98.
Disney fans can still secure the current discount if they subscribe by 11.59pm on October 16, ensuring a full year of streaming top titles from the likes of Star Wars, Marvel, Pixar and more for £79.90.
