Police have released an image of a woman who allegedly defecated on a shelf in a The Range store.
Cops are looking to talk to the woman after an offender went into the shop in Banbury on March 25 at 1.40pm and pooed on a shelf before fleeing the scene.
Thames Valley Police have released a picture of a woman they are looking to talk to following the alleged incident, which the force referred to as “criminal damage”.
Investigating officer PC Robert Watson said: “We’re looking to identify the individual in this CCTV image, as we believe they may have information that could help our investigation.”
Investigators have urged anyone with information to come forward by calling, visiting the website or by reporting anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Thames Valley Police is releasing a CCTV image of an individual that officers would like to speak to in connection with criminal damage in Banbury.
“On Wednesday 25 March, at 1.40pm at The Range in Banbury, an offender has defecated on a shelf. They have then left the store.”
The still image shows the woman wearing a pink jacket, spotted scarf and a red top and wheeling a small suitcase.
