Claudia Winkleman’s makeup artist has shared exactly which eyeliner she uses to create the Strictly host’s signature eye makeup, and it hails from Victoria Beckham’s beauty brand

Claudia Winkleman is known for two things when it comes to her appearance; her shaggy fringe, and her smudgy eyeliner. Her iconic look is always present, no matter which show she’s hosting, and her go-to makeup artist Debbie Dannell has finally shared the beauty products used to create Claudia’s signature eye makeup.

After sharing a behind the scenes snap of Claudia from the set of Strictly Come Dancing, Debbie was asked by one viewer: “Gorgeous x what eyeliner is this?” to which the MUA replied: “Victoria Beckham, they are so good.”

The exact eyeliner Debbie was referring to is the Victoria Beckham Beauty Satin Kajal Eyeliner, which you can get your hands on for £32 direct from her website or over at Selfridges.

The VB eyeliner is perfect for achieving Claudia’s go-to smudgy effect, with a creamy texture that glides on in a single stroke with no dragging or pulling. You can use it to create a sharp, crisp line or blend and smudge it out to create a more lived-in look that rivals Claudia’s.

It’s also packed with skin-loving ingredients which are suitable for all skin types, and it’s completely smudge-proof and waterproof, so once you’ve got it how you want it it’ll stay put all day. The eyeliner has also been created to be vegan and completely cruelty-free.

Although Claudia and her makeup artist Debbie prefer to stick to a deep velvety black shade, you can also snap up the eyeliner in 18 other colours. There are neutral shades like brown, bronze and navy blue, as well as bolder more unusual colours like mint green, plum and of course, the colour of the season, burgundy.

You can also choose from matte, shimmer and jewel finishes, with the last two perfect for adding some subtle sparkle to your makeup for festive occasions and events. Plus, you can opt to receive a free complimentary pencil sharpener with your eyeliner order, so you can keep them sharp and precise.

If you’re looking to go even bolder and experiment more with your eyeliner shades, we’re also a big fan of the 19/99 Beauty Precision Colour Pencil eyeliner, which you can snap up on Cult Beauty for £19. As well as classic shades like black and taupe, there are also bright colours like orange, yellow and sky blue to let your creativity go wild.

It also has a similar creamy matte finish which blends effortlessly, and has been designed to be usable anywhere on your face, from lining your lips to adding a pop of colour to your cheeks. And brightening up your eyelids, of course.
