Chocolate fans are delighted after discontinued chocolate bars have been spotted in a number of stores for a cheap price – and fans are rushing out to get their hands on them as their ‘stomach missed them’
While we all know the importance of eating healthy, we all like to indulge every now and then – and trying out a new sweet treat is always fun for our sugary fix.
For years many of us have been enjoying treats from Mars Inc – the company which owns M&Ms, Twix, Snickers, Orbit, Skittles, Milky Way, Bounty, Hubba Bubba, KitKat, and more. And while you cannot go with the classic chocolate bars, the company have delighted fans after rolling out a range of crispy roll bars.
Whether you love coconut, a crispy centre, or soft and chewy, there is something for everyone; the delicious treats are available in Twix, Bounty, and Milky Way flavours. Each packet includes two rolls. Chocolate fans have been left shocked as the bars were discontinued three years ago.
Fans have recently spotted the delights on supermarket shelves. Tesco is selling them on offer for 45p for Clubcard members. Plus from February 4 Iceland shoppers can find them in stores too for 50p each or £1.20 for all three.
After news of their return was shared on popular food social media page, New Foods UK, people rushed to shared their excitement. One individual said: “Twix? Excuse me while I sprint to Tesco.”
“The Bounty ones are so good,” added a coconut fan. “Even Milky Way? They’re my faves,” said one other. “Twix crispy rolls omfg,” said another.
“We need these back in our life,” added another who had been waiting for the crispy roll bars to return. “These are a need,” agreed another.
On X, one other wrote: “‘I’m glad these chocolates are back in the shops. My stomach has missed them.” Another user described the Milky Way Crispy Bars as “amazing” and a sugary snack that “reminds me of my childhood”.
Another said they had spotted the treats in Farmfoods, adding: “Had them in Farmfoods recently at 3 for £1.”
Fizzy drink fans were also buzzing recently after spotting quirky, new Pepsi flavours in stores. Pepsi, which has been pleasing fans for over a century, has launched two new flavours in Tesco. Now, pop lovers can get their hands on Pepsi Strawberries & Cream and Cream Soda.
Maltesers fans were also delighted after finding a ‘new’ flavour in B&M stores. However, many are under the impression that it is the exact same flavour as the original.
