The iconic beauty brand has partnered up with game franchise Genshin Impact to create two new limited-edition kits

Beauty buffs are going wild for the launch of Charlotte Tilbury’s latest collaboration as the MUA and cult classic British make-up brand drops two new beauty boxes in partnership with Genshin Impact. The new beauty boxes launched today (April 30) and consist of two different limited-edition hauls that not only include some of the Charlotte Tilbury skincare staples, but also some Genshin Impact-branded products.

Announcing the partnership with the fantasy video game franchise, Charlotte Tilbury posted a video on Instagram days ago which teased the released and was captioned: “Darlings, I am beyond excited to reveal my first-ever gaming partnership – a spellbinding collaboration that unites the magic of makeup with the enchanting world of @genshinimpact! Together, we have created a collection that celebrates exploration, magic + empowerment.

“At Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, we are known for pushing boundaries and doing the unexpected – because the unexpected is where true innovation lies! Gaming connects over 3 billion people globally – and many are just as passionate about fashion + beauty! This partnership challenges outdated stereotypes and proves that beauty and gaming aren’t worlds apart; together, we are redefining those boundaries!”

The brand continued: “So darlings, if you love beauty, love gaming, love Genshin Impact and love Mona, you are going to love this exclusive, limited-edition collection – perfectly packaged in 2 magic boxes!”

Charlotte Tilbury joins the likes of Fenty Beauty – which collaborated with Arcane League of Legends – with its foray into the world of gaming. Elsewhere, Glossybox’s Love & Glow Limited Edition beauty box contains a mix of makeup and skincare at £45 – but is valued at £150. For those heading off on holiday, Cult Beauty’s The Set for Sun Edit is £40 but is worth £175 and features names like Laneige, Ultrasun, Elemis and more.

While each new limited-edition Charlotte Tilbury kit contains the brand’s famous Magic Cream, the remaining contents of each differs slightly, which is mirrored in the price.

Costing £55, the first limited edition kit is called Starfell Treasure and contains seven goodies. Skincare treats include Charlotte’s Magic Water Cream (15ml), the Airbrush Flawless Setting Spray (34ml) and a sample size of the Magic Serum Crystal Elixir.

Alongside skincare, fans of both the brand and the video game can get their hands on a Charlotte Tilbury X Genshin Impact Eye Mask, Charlotte Tilbury X Genshin Impact Compact Mirror, Charlotte Tilbury X Genshin Impact Small Pouch as well as Genshin Impact In-Game Rewards. These rewards include: Primogems *160, Hero’s Wit *5, Sanctifying Unction *5, Mora *50000 (Code to redeem valid from 30th April 2025 – 30th July 2025)

For those happy to spend a little more money, the Starry Miracle limited edition kit is £155 and contains 9 different products.

Alongside the previously mentioned magic cream, shoppers can get their hands on skincare including Cryo-Recovery Eye Serum and Charlotte’s Magic Lip Oil Crystal Elixir. The remainder of the haul contains Charlotte Tilbury X Genshin Impact Stickers, a tote bag, a pin badge, headband and branded makeup bag.

While the limited edition kits haven’t received any reviews just yet – having only just launched today (April 30), fans of the make-up brand raced to the comments section of its Instagram page to share their excitement for the product.

One person wrote: “The collaboration we didn’t know we needed! This is amazing,” while another shared: “The scream I let out when this announcement was made!! Started showing off my CT setting spray like its a family heirloom. This is truly a dream collab.”

A third said: “Excuse me what?! I need this right now.”

The only disappointment expressed by some make-up buffs was that it didn’t ship to all countries, with some places like India, Brazil and more missing out.

The Starfell Treasure kit, £55, and Starry Miracle kits, £155, are both available at Charlotte Tilbury.
