Carla Bellucci expects her children to spend fortunes on her this Mother’s Day – saying it is what she deserves after sacrificing her own meals so they could eat when she was a single mum
A mum-of-four dubbed ‘Britain’s most hated woman’ expects her children to lavish her with expensive gifts today for Mother’s Day – saying she deserves to be spoiled.
Carla Bellucci, 42, said her eldest daughter, Tanisha, 19, has already hinted that a £500 “slap up meal with champagne” and a Gucci cap (priced at over £400) is likely to be on the cards. But the controversial influencer insists that this is just the start, and she hopes for much more.
Asked why it was important to her that her kids spend lots of money, she told The Mirror: “Because they cost me a fortune on a daily basis and why not? I deserve it. I’m Britain’s most hated mum but I’m treated like a queen on Mother’s Day and my kids adore me while the UK hates me.
“We bring up kids for 18 years and sacrifice everything for them so they should return the favour and I want nothing but the best.”
As for what her sons can deliver for the special day, she added: “I’m expecting jewellery, perfume and a nice little spa break would be nice – and of course flowers and my favourite chocolates.”
Carla, who lives in Hitchin, Herts, described herself as a “fantastic mum” and said she used to not eat in order to make sure there was enough food on the table for her kids. This was back when she was a single mum who was working as a glamour model to get by.
She said she has given everything for her children and that her eldest ones are now earning good money, and can therefore afford to show their appreciation.
The mum, who gained notoriety for faking depression for a free nose job on the NHS, promised to lap up every minute and said she “won’t lift a finger” on Mother’s Day other than to raise up her champagne glass.
And as for mums who will only be getting a card from their sons or daughters, she advised: “For those mums not getting spoiled they need a reality check. Maybe do the same for their kids come Christmas or birthdays because that will get them into shape and make them reconsider.
“As mums we are legends and I have been the mum and dad for my kids so I want nothing but the best.”
She also claimed she was banning her children from using their phones all weekend to prevent them from becoming “brain dead morons”.
In her own words, the outspoken former model said: “All I want is for my kids not to become brain dead morons and to do better and become someone.
“They will be on a phone ban for the whole weekend, no gadgets. Spend with me, all I see is these mums out for dinner and the teens are on TikTok. It is so disrespectful. Something needs to change so this Mother’s Day there will be no gadgets whatsoever.”
