Thank you for joining us. I’m Craig Irwin, I cover Clean Tech here at ROTH. Today, we have Michael Battaglia, CEO of Blink with us. We’ve covered Blink for a number of years. Known Michael, I guess, about five years. And I just want to say welcome everyone. Appreciate you all joining us. Michael, there’s a lot of skepticism out there in the EV world right now, particularly, around subsidies, et cetera. But I think the state level funding is underappreciated, right? This great state of California where we are right now. New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey.

Maryland, Delaware. Like, all over the states, there are large programs in place. That are funded, that offers subsidy dollars that sets you up to do business. Can you talk a little bit about the available funding out there? Some of these changes in DC really significantly impacting you from an operation standpoint or is this really just more headline news right now?

Yes. Good. Great question, Craig and good to be with you again. So, first of all, I want to make clear that Blink does not build its business on subsidies. We don’t build our business on government funding. We build our business on the commercial viability of what we do. That’s table stakes for us. Now that’s not to say that funding doesn’t help and it does. Of course, it does. And it reduces our capital expense. It enables us to put infrastructure into the ground more quickly. If you look at the opportunities that are out there, most of them right now come from the major utility companies and it’s typically in
