The strips use PAP to whiten teeth effectively by penetrating the enamel and oxidising stains that have built up on the surface of the tooth. They also use Hydrogen Peroxide which breaks down strains and lightens the shade of the tooth while Hydroxyapatite is there to remineralise the tooth enamel and reduce the risk of cavities.

Boots also has a range of teeth whitening products available, the Wisdom Intense White Teeth Whitening Strips Express would usually cost £18 but has dropped down to £12. It is worth noting the pack only includes three sets of strips.
