‘Perfect for me as a back and side sleeper’
For anyone who is used to waking up with a stiff neck or constantly flipping their pillow to find the right side, these QVC customer favourites could be worth a closer look. QVC, a retailer that specialises in live streaming, has a range of products up for grabs and new customers can even grab an extra £5 off with the code FIVE4U.
First up is the Sealy Airflow Memory Foam Pillow which is now £36, down from £45 and £31 for new customers. This pillow has built a loyal following thanks to its supportive yet comforting feel, designed to keep heads and necks properly aligned while people sleep.
It is said to combine pressure relieving memory foam with breathable airflow technology, making it a popular choice for back and side sleepers alike. Shoppers also love the practical details which include a removable, washable cotton cover that is said to feel high quality and fits standard pillowcases with ease.
Alongside the memory foam option, QVC shoppers can also explore the Sealy Deeply Full Pillow Pair for £40 but £35 for new customers, praised for its good medium support, making it ideal for those who switch between back and side sleeping. These pillows are described as featuring a ‘sumptuous DuPont cluster ball filling’ which provides both softness and gentle support for both head and neck.
They also have cotton covers that are cooling and hypoallergenic to ensure everyone can sleep peacefully with no unnecessary disruptions. All of the pillows are fully machine washable and suitable for a cool tumble dry.
The Sealy Airflow Memory Foam Pillow is available from QVC
This pillow combines pressure relieving memory foam with breathable airflow technology, making it a popular choice for back and side sleepers alike.
Shoppers are advised to plump them daily to revive their shape and feel too. For an alternative buy, there is also the Silentnight Adjustable Memory Foam Pillow for £30 from Argos.
This pillow is designed to support the neck and head but also keep the spine aligned according to the brand. It also features an easy access zip so the filling can be adjusted as and when and it is wrapped in a ‘luxuriously soft cover with breathable mesh sides.’
A second option is a more expensive option with the Tempur Prima Cooling Pillow for £79 from Dreams. This one has a medium comfort rating and due to unique tempur material it can contour perfectly into the body.
However, the Sealy pillows are highly rated on the QVC website. One person said of the Sealy Airflow Memory Foam Pillow: ‘A bit expensive but the best pillows I’ve ever bought. Supporting but soft and comforting at the same time. Good that the outer is washable too.”
A second commented: “I’ve only slept on the pillow for 5 nights but so far so good, no issues as yet. I have used a memory foam pillow before so I am used to the difference between this and a feather pillow. I sleep on my side and the pillow supports my neck very well. The removable cotton cover feels nice quality and I would recommend this product based on my usage so far.”
However, another person did have some hesitations and wrote: “I’ve been searching for years for the ultimate comfortable pillow. This one comes close and I have to admit I do sleep well with it although it’s slightly too firm I feel. I have started just having this pillow although I do prefer two but I can’t sleep properly with two now and this is slightly too low for my liking. I might sound contradictory but anyone who is looking for the perfect pillow will understand I hope. So I’m still looking for the ultimate but I feel it may be impossible and I’m not really ready to spend an extortionate amount on something that won’t last very long, so for the price it’s worth a try.”
Overall however, most people were pleased as another wrote: “As my title says, these are very good quality and are a good medium support, perfect for me as a back and side sleeper. They fit into normal size pillow cases. Would recommend.”
