Amazon and Very are among the retailers offering big discounts on a variety of consoles, games and accessories
It’s officially PS5 Pro launch day with gamers around the world finally able to get their hands on the brand-new console. That’s not the only reason to celebrate, though, as many retailers have already launched their Black Friday sales, with consoles, games and accessories from Meta, PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo now up for grabs for less.
Very has a variety of fabulous gaming deals this Black Friday, including a £150 discount on the Meta Quest 3 512GB + Free Batman Game. Originally costing £619.99, the bundle can now be yours for £469.99.
If you’ve had your eye on the Nintendo Switch, Very is offering a great discount on a bundle which includes the console, switch sports, 12-month Nintendo membership, Super Mario Party and Super Mario Kart. Usually retailing at £374, the retailer has knocked £75 off the set, bringing the price down to £299.

The Nintendo Switch OLED hasn’t been left out of Very’s Black Friday sale, with shoppers now able to get the console for less than £300. Originally costing £309.99, the retailer’s lovely little 10% discount brings the price down to £299.
Amazon is also offering some wonderful deals ahead of Black Friday. This includes a small discount on the PlayStation 5 Slim Console and the Xbox Series X, with the PS5 now costing £464 down from £479.99, while the Xbox is £459 down from £479.99.
If you’re on the hunt for a new PS5 controller, you can grab the sleek PlayStation DualSense Midnight Black Wireless Controller from Amazon with a 10% discount, bringing the price down from £66.30 to £59.99. You can pick up the OIVO PS5 Charging Station to go with your new controller for £19.99, down from £25.99.
The online giant is also offering discounts on PS5 games, including the newly released Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, which is now £56.99 down from £69.99. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is on offer for £32.63 down from £46.68, while Marvel’s Spider-Man Miles Morales has been slashed from £51.99 to £32.95.
Fancy buying some new games for your Xbox? Very is offering discounts on a variety of games, including £20 off Assassin’s Creed Mirage, bringing the price down from £43.99 to £23.99. Sonic Superstars is now £24.99 down from £34.99, while Hogwarts Legacy has a small discount bringing the cost down from £29.99 to £25.99.
As the PS5 Pro is only available from today, it currently isn’t part of any Black Friday sales. You can buy the Pro Console & DualSense Edge Wireless Controller from Very for £879, while at Amazon the PS5 Pro Console and basic controller is available for £699.
