The Pebble Pro is a toning tool that combines LED and microcurrent technology
LED skincare tools have been taking the beauty world by storm for a few years now, but they often come with steep price tags, with devices such as face masks costing hundreds of pounds. Beauty buffs on a budget hoping to target specific areas of the face can find smaller, more affordable tools, such as Magnitude London’s Pebble Pro.
The compact Pebble Pro fits in the palm of your hand, making it easy to store and travel with. Currently, consumers can save on the device at LookFantastic, where it’s reduced to £72, down from £90 (£18 off).
Described as a microcurrent & LED facial toning tool, the Pebble Pro works to ‘brighten and firm’ the skin with consistent use. Designed for daily 10-minute sessions, it tones the appearance of skin with advanced pulse technology that delivers a sculpting massage.
It also promises to reduce the visibility of fine lines, breakouts and dullness. Its LED therapy combines blue light at 460nm, red light at 660nm, and near-infrared light at 850nm. For best results, use on the face and neck with a conductive gel, Magnitude London says.
Another popular option is Shark’s CryoGlow Repair Mask, priced at £299. It’s designed to boost skin brightness and features an under-eye cooling treatment to de-puff the area.

For a handheld device, similar to the Pebble Pro, Boots sells a Sensse SkinLift Face and Neck tool for £34.99. It features three microcurrent intensity levels to stimulate facial muscles, and seven LED colour light modes to address multiple skin concerns.
Nevertheless, it is hard to ignore the high 4.7 overall rating for Magnitude London’s Pebble Pro, and the rave customer reviews. One user titled their review ‘Amazing Results’, continuing: “For now, I am satisfied with the device. I like using the calming mood function the most, and already after a few uses, my face looks fresher. Helps tighten skin. Also helps with healing skin and reducing scars from spots.”
Another pleased beauty buff said: “I really did start seeing a difference in my skin after using it for ten minutes a day after two weeks. My skin was smooth and even, and my jaw/ neck looked so much firmer; it helps to lift, sculpt, and tone.
“Also reduces viewable wrinkles and pores. It had a near facing infrared and blue light. It has advanced microcurrent and 3 LED wavelengths. Using this also boosts collagen and depuffs.”
Not all reviews were awarded top marks, as one consumer reported that the vibration is strong. They explained: “After reading through the instructions and playing with the buttons to understand the different settings, I used this x4 a week. Be advised, the EMS pulse vibration is strong and made me jump at first. I was a bit dubious about using the vibration on my face at first.
They added: “You can use it with just the radio frequency lighting. But I tried, and it was fine, like a vibrating massage on your face. 5 mins each side. I think it is slowly improving my skin and giving a tighter appearance, but very subtly. I think over time I will see better results.”
Another shopper reported a better experience, saying: “I am obsessed, I thought it was a hype, but nope, it’s brilliant, the must-have self-care in your skin care routine. So easy to set up, and clean, I used it a lot after Pilates on my muscles.”
A fifth consumer commented: “Absolutely love this product, so easy to use, can use as part of my daily skin care routine. Love the design, fits around my face perfectly, I like the LED lights, massage and EMS options. Great product. Small and easy to use, very compact. Great for beginners to advanced skin care lovers”
Another user said: “This is the best thing I’ve used for my skin. I’ve never used something like this before, and can not believe I haven’t used it sooner. Will definitely recommend.”
