One such brand whose new SS25 launches have us swooning is Next, and I’ve spotted a two-piece linen co-ord that looks to have been inspired by a high end design, making it a more affordable option for those who love that style.
The Stripe Smart Front Linen Blend Wide Leg Trousers, £38, and matching Linen Blend Shell Top, £20, come in three different colourways – pink and orange, khaki and green, and brown and ecru – and are available in sizes six to 26 (with various sizes out of stock in differing colours).
Made from a soft and breathable foundation of 55% Linen and 45% Livaeco™ Viscose, the trousers have a wide leg silhouette that is flattering on a range of body shapes. With this high quality makeup, the trousers have been praised for ‘hanging beautifully’.
Delivering a sophisticated look that will work well with both the matching top as well as a white linen shirt, spaghetti strap cami and even a jumper, the trousers marry elegance with comfort thanks to its elasticated waistband that fastens at the front with a button. One important and much-loved detail to note regarding the Next trousers, however, is that they come in four different lengths to cater for a range of heights – short, regular, long and extra long. Its matching swing-style top, with its crew neckline and button-up back, is also available in petite and regular sizing, too.
The striped trousers and top have respectively earned a high star rating of 4.7 on average, with glowing comments sharing how ‘attractive’ the design is.
