The supermarket says the SpecialBuy item is great for kitchens, offices, and playrooms
Aldi is launching a new £5 item that could impress kitchen shoppers. The supermarket is known for stocking a range of helpful homeware gadgets and items, thanks to its rotating ‘Special Buys’ range. The upcoming drop on Thursday (August 6) includes DIY products for households.
Customers who enjoy making lists and notes in the kitchen might be interested in the £4.99 Deco Craft Blackboard Paint. Aldi’s product description said: “Turn everyday surfaces into a creative canvas with chalkboard paint. Ideal for kitchens, home, offices, playrooms and more. It’s perfect for notes, lists and drawings.”
The retailer added that the 250ml paint is ‘fast drying’ and ‘scratch resistant’, offering ‘excellent adhesion and coverage.’ Shoppers can choose from beige, black, rose, or light blue colours. The item arrives in stores this week, and stock will be limited.
For shoppers who miss out, other retailers sell similar paint or chalkboards. For instance, Dunelm sells a Pablo Panda Chalk Board, which is currently on sale for £20.
