“The timing of this purchase wasn’t really forecasted,” Click says. “We put the feelers out there, and I knew that if we got a callback confirming the sale, we’d need to act quickly. When they initially told me it was already sold, I stayed laid back and relaxed, thinking it wasn’t meant to be. I told them that if it fell through, they were welcome to give me a call back. A few days later, I got the call and headed out there on a Friday. I would have loved to leave the equipment on the Island and set up another little porta john location there, but that area just isn’t for me at this time.”
